Welcome to Buckwheat Hollow Farm! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our farm products, including goat and chicken meat (“Products”). By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Local Sales Only

• Products are available for local pickup only at our farm or designated location.
• We do not ship or deliver products at this time.

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website or by direct contact with us.
• Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept cash, personal check, card, and FreshConnect Checks.

3. Pickup Policy

• Pickup times and locations will be arranged after your order is confirmed.
• You are responsible for picking up your order at the agreed time.
• If your order is not picked up within two weeks of the purchase date, your payment will be refunded (minus credit card fees), and the product will go back into inventory.

4. Product Quality & Storage

• Our meats are processed, stored, and handled in accordance with applicable local and state regulations.
• Once the product is picked up, you assume responsibility for proper handling, storage, and preparation.
• We are not liable for any issues arising from improper handling after pickup.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
• If there is a quality concern at pickup, please notify us immediately so we can address it.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• We recommend cooking all meats to safe internal temperatures as advised by the USDA.
• Buckwheat Hollow Farm is not responsible for illness or injury resulting from improper handling, cooking, or storage of products.

7. Website Use

• All content on this site, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Buckwheat Hollow Farm.
• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute content without permission.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
• Any disputes will be resolved in Steuben County, New York.
